The first time we sit down together to discuss ideas for your dream home, we’ll establish your needs and project parameters including scope, timeline and budget. Once we’re confident we can bring your vision to life, your assigned consultant will pull together a detailed project brief and fee proposal for you to review.

A no-obligation call or virtual meeting, scheduled via our contact page, to discuss your project.

<i>stage two </i>Fee Proposal
We pull together a comprehensive scope to give you a transparent, detailed breakdown of the costs expected throughout the project.

<i>stage three</i>Meet your designer
This complimentary in-person or online consultation gives you a chance to meet with one of our designers at your home or our studio and ask any questions you have following our proposal.

Should you choose to, we can arrange an appointment with a previous client who can talk you through their own experience of working with us.

<i>stage five </i>Appointment
When you’re ready to break ground on the project, we’ll ask for 50% of the design fee as a deposit at this point and book you in for your first design session.
